All rooms are equipped with air-conditioners, ceiling fans, high speed internet access and locking doors.  On the spacious porch there is a refrigerator, microwave, and a side-board with a hot water pot and complimentary teas and coffee.

RATES: 
Single room/one person in the room $75/night
Double room/two people in the room $105/night
Two night minimum on weekends

All rates are subject to state and county taxes.

Check-out time 11:00am

All accommodations are smoke free; No smoking, vaping, candles or incense.

Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance will receive full refunds. 
Cancellations from 29 days to one week prior to arrival will receive half the total refunded.
No refunds if cancellations are made less than a week prior to the reservation date.
